In loving memory of Charity Lynn Casey
October 7, 1966 - May 17, 2016
Charity was one of my very best friends. We met in El Paso in 2003. She was a kind, fun-loving soul who passed away in 2016 due to complications from lupus. She lived a very humble life as her disability kept her from being able to work. Nevertheless, she lived life to the fullest. She is survived by her son Joshua and two grandchildren. Her closest companion was her beloved dog Romeo, who lived with me after her passing and was eventually reunited with her in Heaven in 2020.

"It has been 2.5 months since the passing of my dear friend, whom I loved , without words to describe. We met at a New Years Eve party. Where Charity had told and showed didn't jokes. Charity's favorite had to be the disappearing of her thumb. I was captured yet saddened to hear of her childhood. I set out that next day to find her Father. Shortly after Charity was making travel arrangements to LA. Charity reminded me of that little girl in the candy store for the first time. She was on her way to met her father for the first time since alittle girl. We traveled to Texas where she found home. Our travels lead us places that everyone should visit together. While living in El Paso, Charity had a beautiful healthy baby boy Joshua Lynn. Joshua is and has always been the twinkle of her eye. Charity lived her life enjoying being a mom, a fantastic cook, one of the kindest, most giving, loving and thoughtful persons I may have met in my life. Charity was diagnosed with a few disabling health issues. It may have slowed her down at times, but Charity was always ready to help in any way she could. I am sad to say these last lines about my very dearest friend whom I do miss. Charity you were right about that, you are surly missed. Now there is no more dr. appt's, no more pain. You standing upright walking with the lord. Hello my friend." - Jackie Madden
